J.M. Weston offers a complimentary return service within 14 days of receipt for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure that footwear is trialed on a carpeted surface to maintain the integrity of the leather soles.

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate your pre-paid shipping label.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original J.M. Weston box and dust bags, ensuring all protective materials are included before sealing the parcel.

Ship the Item

Affix the pre-paid label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
